Walks & Ponds at Jedforest Deer & Farm Park
We have lots of different kinds of animals here at Jedforst Deer & Farm Park.
The Ponds
Old Mill pond houses aviaries, ducks and geese. Our larger fishing pond is stocked with rainbow trout, and is ideal for quiet picnics. It's also the winter home to our badgers along its western bank.
The wetland area is left untouched, and is an ideal breeding ground for adders, slow worms, toads and frogs.
The Walks
Our walks range from 1 to 5 kms, with outstanding views across the Borders. Around the walks a conservation pond has reed and bullrush beds and packed with amphibious creatures, this is where the pond dipping takes place.
